- If you try to create a discount with a name already in use, the app will show an error to prevent duplication.
- Tip: Double-check your existing discount names before creating a new one.
Step 2: Verify Store Settings
This error may also occur if your store does not meet certain requirements:
1. Checkout Extensibility: Ensure you are currently using the app in a store which has an active shopify plan.
- Discount Combinations: Verify that you have already created a shipping or any product/order discount to combine with this discount.
